Return Guidelines

In order for you to meet our returns requirement return with 14 days of delivery following our guidelines below.

 

  • If you wish to make a return please notify us the week of receiving and send back the item(s) clean, unworn, neatly folded and with the tags on within 14 days of receipt. Wrap neatly in a waterproof package. 

 

  • Items that do not comply with the T&Cs will not be accepted and the customer will be responsible for the cost of the return.

 

  • Celtic Fusion are not responsible for the return process or any losses by your chosen carrier.
  • Refunds cannot be processed until we have received your package. If your return meets our terms then you will receive your refund on the item as soon as we receive your package.

 

  • There must be no odours on the garment, e.g perspiration, perfume, detergent, smoke or pets etc.

 

  • Worn items that present fault must be discussed with our friendly customer service team prior to return.
  • Please contact our customer care service ahead of returning if you have any issues.

 

  • No returns on earrings

 

 

Instructions for accepted returns

 

  • Send your package to the return address below.

 

  • Fill out the returns form in your package in full and put it inside your return package.

 

  • If you wish to exchange an item we ask that you simply return and place a new order. Celtic Fusion are not liable for the cost of returns.


  • Celtic Fusion are not liable for the cost of returns. Shipping on your order is non refundable.

  • If you are outside the EU Trade Zone fill out customs declaration correctly stating returned goods, no custom charges due (value under €20). Please add your items tariff codes (example: 62063000). If unsure please contact us.

  • If customs labels are not correctly filled Celtic Fusion are not liable to pay custom charges and goods will be returned to sender.

 

  • It is advised that you put your own return address at the back of your package and secure the package safely.

  • Send us your tracking code if you have one.
